- lollipops in the wall
- 2004 - 2005
Lollipops are installed directly into the wall, 6″ apart from one another in a floor to ceiling grid. The smell of sugar fills the gallery, and the simple shape creates slight optical illusion when viewed from across the room. The temporal aspects of candy cause the lollipops to slowly change shape, drip, create puddles, and eventually dissolve. Dimensions variable depending on space. (Installation shown here is 22 feet long x 14 feet tall).
